ITL Laboratory heat sealer
This is a heat sealer for protecting laboratory samples. The design required a robust , cost effective design that could survive the high temperature used during sealing. .
It has a elegant four bar mechanism using injection moulded arms. It has a internal sheet metal structure and external mouldings are made in glass-filled ABS PC which is both strong and temperature resistant. They are highly ribbed for strength with clips to aid assembly.
